Providing false information to obtain Lifeline benefits is a federal offense. Lifeline Enrolment’s enrolment assistance services are provided free of charge for Lifeline applications. Charges apply only to optional device purchases and premium support services. Lifeline Enrolment reserves the right to deny enrolment assistance for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal applications.
